Exceptional

Awesome hostel with beautiful dorm rooms. If you arrive on foot it's about 15-minute walk from the train/bus station, and in between there are lots of restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts were very kind, and the atmosphere is very cool and relaxed.

Relaxed, curated, friendly general vibe and decor around the lobby. Lounge to chill out in. Room's have been carefully designed with a different theme each, cool experience. Mine was a wood cabin theme, another a tent camping theme.

Very friendly staff, nice music in the common area, colourful decoration, bicycle free to use, clean bathrooms and rooms. I had the room to myself as no one else was staying

It is a bit outside of the town, I didn’t like walking back when it got dark

Nice and friendly

Nice common area. Nice people working (and nice visitors) I liked the bed; could sleep well. Can do laundry. Would stay again

The toilet downstairs has no sink, you have to go to the kitchen. Also HandSoap not always provided. No handtowels.

Stay here if you'd like to have a great hostel vibe!

Love the style a lot!! And the price is so good for solo traveler. I'd recommend friends to stay there if they want to have a bed to sleep on but don't want to spend too much money.

Some things were broken like the curtain for the bed but it didn't really bother me.

Good stay, would recommend

This is my third time staying here and I would come back for a fourth. The hostel is clean with a kind staff and a small kitchen. Showers had good water pressure with lots of hot water, beds were comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet so all of that was great. The neighborhood is a bit quiet but you can easily walk 15 minutes into town (less if you have a scooter or bike) and there is a nice walking/running path right near the hostel so overall, the location is quite good. The common area is attractive.

Only thing I didn't like about the hostel was that the common area, although pretty, isn't always super comfortable to sit and hang out because there aren't any tables with chairs (there are low tables but you need to sit on the ground). If I need to do work or use a laptop, it's not as conducive so I just wish there was maybe one actual table with chairs. Other than that though, no complaints. Would still recommend!

A very homey hostel

I was given detailed instructions on how to find the facility (by foot. I walked from the train station - it wasn’t far). The staff was so nice, and even introduced me to fellow travelers who offered to split a cab with me to the night market. We stayed up in the common area that night chatting, and the only thing I was worried about was disturbing one of my roommates who slept pretty early. Back to the point, I would like to thank the hostel for letting me stay. I had a virtual class the next morning, so I actually stayed until 2pm. All the guests have left by then, and I watched them clean the rooms and prep for a new day. I’m really glad I stayed there and met the people I met.

Wonderful quiet location

No breakfast, no food and only 1 kind of beer available.

Would be nice to have a few items of food to buy since there is nothing in the neighborhood

Good stay in Luodong

The service is good, you can do laundry for 20NTD, the beds are comfortable, and the space is stylish. There is a nice bike path right near the hostel that connects to Dongshan River Park, great for runners. Overall I recommend the spot.

The tents in the summer get pretty warm even with the AC going but if you unzip it, no privacy. So maybe recommend non tent rooms for summer.

Great stay with a very sweat price!

So clean! I can borrow the bike.

Wish to have more time to chat with two ladies. Bathroom w/o window. During the winter time, I was all sweat after finishing the shower, what happen during the Summer time?

Amazing hostel! Best in Yilan

The service was amazing. Grace helped us with every aspect of our stay on a bike trip, even providing us with tubs to hand wash clothes in and allowed us to bring our bikes inside. The camping tent bed situation was cool and comfortable and the entire hostel was very clean. Very fashionable and well designed. Showers were good. All around, fantastic! Good stay for anyone. Laundry was also a positive experience.

Nothing negative to say. Perhaps have some actual chairs or tables downstairs but overall good

So much fun, so friendly and definitely something I would do again!

I loved the staff and the environment of the entire hostel! It was friendly, welcoming and had everything I needed. The location was very good! I don’t have a scooter, so it was more difficult for me to get everywhere, but the hostel offered bikes and was right in town! I honestly can’t complain about a thing. It was one of my best hostel experiences! ????????
